Finally!

I could have in phase 4 (cuz i got 2 free unlocks)but I did not want ranged accuracy in my template so I'm waiting for vehicle control in phase 2. I know veh cntrl is not teh uber but it's more useful than ranged accuracy, and I was too lazy to change my whole template and grind out persuasion from phase 1. haha

allready unlocked reflexes vehicle control and mastered it this morning (farstar shifted today), had all the xp done on friday, just needed this unlock.

so I'm now just sitting around endor, twiddling my thumbs, waiting for the old man
