when does the second slot open up, when you get initiate or padawan. also do you get some kind of system message, and how do you create your new toon?

Friend of mine said his opened up at Padawan.

Padawan.


And there's no system message (at least none that I noticed.) After you log in and hit play, it takes you to the screen where you select which character you want to play. After you have padawan, you'll be able to create a new character on the same server from that screen.
