i'm just wondering if it is correct that you loose xp during the padawan trial when you die ? - Not that the trials are hard or so but i would like to help friends to do their exitquest - but - if i would already loose xp if i die (could happen during the exitquest) then i dunno if i should help ...

anyone knows it for sure ? (the jedi-guides say that you will loose during the trials in case of death)

I died on mission 10 (meatlumps and DON'T LAUGH) lost 4.5k jed xp.

Personally I think you have to hit Jedi Initiate b4 u start loosing xp (as thats when Jedi trees appear in your skill box and u can actually EARN the xp)

Goold luck and ultimately u have to be pretty silly to loose xp at that point (like running into a korvella meatlump spawn with 399 wounds and 1hlt)

i got killed two missions before the initiate quest due to a client crash and i did not lose XP. so your worry free till you get the initiate box.
