ok i just got commando 4-0-0-0 for my fs grind...i only need to gring 4 branchs out...now,im not that rich 1.4 mill,and i need to buy som imp or thermal dets.

if any of u guys know a good vendor or some one who sells em for a good price,plz post or send me a pm.also what are the going prices for them?

somebody plz reply....

i dont need 24 boxes tho lol i need 16...i already got 2 branches done

If you plan on getting a WS to make up schematics for you, make sure you do your research first. Go to swgcraft.com, use the 'view skilltree' link, and make your way to the weaponsmith tree to find out what you need to make imperial detonators. I would suggest you just forget about making your own thermal detonators, unless you get lucky and those specific spawns happen to be around now. The main thing that slows down production of thermal detonators is that you need 3 different subcomponents to make them. So buy at least 3, preferably 4, factories. With 3 set up, you can havetwo of each component in about10 minutes, so the WS can make up the imperial detonator schematic right afterwards. The more you know about the process of making these, the more willing a WS will be to help.

You may also want to consider just making up C22's, if you will be making your own. They do half as much damage per second, in comparison to imperial detonators, but they require 1/4 the amount of materials, fewer types, and only use 2 subcomponents. So, while the xp won't come in as quickly, you can make them faster, and they cost much less in materials.

If you have a WS friend ask him to use lower qualitymaterials to make the grenades which results in a slightly inferior but much cheaper grenade. So you can save a bit more of your dwindling cred supplies. Also don't forget you will need to buy pup's to make your grenade super effective and they run anywhere from 3k to 5k per crate of 10. So keep those costs in mind also.

It will probably take you 10 to 12 crates of grenades to fill an entire branch, find you local WS and then do the math based on your servers per crate cost vs. total # of crates you need X's the number of branches you have left to grind.

Different doesn't always mean better. Just something else to learn and do before you realize. Hey! This system stinks just like the old system! Dev's: Wait for the CU 2 to fix that.

If you have four branches to go that would be 50 caps of combat xp. I am doing the same thing on Ahazi and am running at useing 2 crates for every three caps (unpuped and unsliced). So I think that you are going to need close to 35 crates of thermals so lets do the math on the cost of that. I have seen thesecrates going for 75kX 35 crates and your looking at 2,625,000 in grenades not including the cost of armor that you will be replacing. Also the cost in swoop repairs (which no one ever includes. Have to included the 25 buffs and food you may be using. I dont think you money is going to last very far into this proposition. Start yelling at the DEVS for the solo nerf now.

First off, you might want to try posting in your galaxy's trade forums and not here.

Second, find a WS who will make you the schematics if you bring them the required resources--you will also need factories (one is doable, but preferably at least three factories, because it will take days just to make the subomponents). This is the cheapest way to do it--the WS might even do it for free if you ask nicely.

well i found a ws that will sell me a crate of thermals for 30k each...the prob is,we cant find and thoranium steel..if anybody knows a vendor or somthing,plz post
