Same here i unlocked ranged speed last rotation and now Capt sarguillo tells me to get some R&R.

"I NEED MELLEE DEFENCE SORT IT OUT SOON BECAUSE IT WILL BE TO HARD TO COMPLETE THE QUEST WHEN THERE ARE NO GROUPS AT THE VILLAGE".

Affected as well. Tried taking the mission last night, and got the R&R message. Took melee last time, was trying for ranged this time. Character name below, on the Bloodfin galaxy. Anybody else annoyed that they won't be getting the Combat Prowess Master Box this phase like me?

I am also affected by this as I too took ranged speed last phase 4 and was gonna take melee defense this time to finish my 6th branch and finally unlock. I find it hard to believe that these problems are happening at this stage of the game and for as long as this game has been out.... this seems more like a new release problem rather then a problem for a game that is going on into it's 3rd year....(counting beta)

I did Ranged Speed and unlocked it last phase 4 and now I cannot train it.

I am not waiting another 4 phases to re-do it..
