New patch notes are up. No fix for Sarguillo. Please respond the current version issues thread. I keep trying to get some sort of acknowledgement that the problem even exists.

So far I've had two forum accounts banned for 'trolling' and no acknowledgement of the problem whatsoever.

I reply to every "Issues" thread with "Please Fix Captain Sarguillo". Every few days another account gets banned with no acknowledgement whatsoever. I was at least able to start the quest so I'll wait until I'm done with it before I get the next few accounts banned trying to actually train in melee defense.

i've worked hard for this quest, and i've earned it..it needs a fix

I'm doing the quest right now. I'm scared to death to go back and talk to old Sarguillo when I'm done...

Send a ticket, a CSR unlocked it for me. Took a couple of days, but they did it. CSR is helpfull in this bug. Try and remain calm.

Really? I submited a ticket for ranged def, and he(wait for it.......) told me to search the forums . If I cant find it here do I have to bring him the Jade monkey before the next full moon........ I love customer service with the philosify that it will be more rewarding for ya if you figuer it out on your oun.

I have now received the help of a CSR representative. He was very nice and unlocked my Ranged Speed for me (I was afk when this happend). Problem was that when I looked in my inventory I had not gotten the reward (Aurellian Sculpture part) so I filed a new ticket about this and got the reply that they could not do anything about it, no reward will be given out. Now, this makes me a little frustrated since it means I will never be able to complete the sculpture since this part is missing. My question now is: have any of you guys got your reward or areyou all in the same position I am?

No reward, but were you doing these quests for that silly statue?

Well, yes and no I guess. I already have 6 unlocks so it isn't like I MUST have this unlock. I did it because I like this branch better then one of the other I have and might use it instead, I did it because I want to do them all, I did it because the phase 4 missions (killing all the Siths) were hard the last time I did it and wanted to see if they still are, I did it because I would get a reward, I did it because it is fun. But, does it really matter? I finished the mission and should get the reward. To me, it is simple as that.

i did notice in the 'known cu issues' in the kb this is listed, and says the csr's wont do anything untill the dev's fix it.

hit ctrl-h, type in 'phase 4' and read the 1st entry. scroll down a bit and you will see the junk about phase 4.

I submitted 5 tickets.

1.) Cut and pasted armor reward BS ticket closed

2.) Same as 1

3.) Can't fix your problem. It's a development issue

4.) same as 3.

5.) Problem fixed!!!!!

The bottom line is that it took me 5 tickets to even start the quest. Fortunately I was able run over and train my boxes right after I killed the last Pirate. Some people here got it fixed in one ticket some in 5 like me.

Just be polite and keep submitting them over and over. I tried calling the support number. I tried the live chat both from the SOE web site and from the launchpad. I tried PM'ing every red name I could find. The ONLY way to get it fixed is to keep submitting tickets...
