Yes, i agree with you on the 19th... that was my original prediction based on what we know with phase switches... but someone else in this thread mentioned it was the 21st, and not the 25th when it had switched to phase 2...
I will leave it where it is for now, in case it might switch this saturday...
Well, the 16th means that is 3 weeks exact... but because the timer hasn't finished its countdown yet when it will go down on the 16th, the next server reset is the 19th... Thus, the 19th...

If i recall correctly, it was about 10am PST when the servers went down for double xp.. i remember having to wait until after at least that time before i cashed in some xp...
I don't recall any of that group (5) changing on that date... only group 4 did.. the rest changed on the tuesday (the 28th)... I could be wrong, but i did go over SSSnuggles post at least 10 times to make surei had the right reported dates...
/crossfingers for Chilastra to switch tomorrow but from what I see, none of the servers changed on the first day so i'm not holding my breath, it will probably be next tuesday unless it crashes during the weekend.
