NPCs on Corellia that I know drop them: meatlumps and ragtags. However, the drop rate is very low (I'd guess no better than 1 in 1000; probably a lot less favorable).
I understand that Jawas and Tuskens on Tatooine and Skaaks and Mummers on Naboo drop them as well.

Any NPC that is not an animal/monster has the chance to drop them. People usually camp Meatlumps and RagTags for them.

I found mine off a trade federation loyalist or something to that effect it wwas red in tittle and started with trade federation

i AFK macroed my crystals i started sunday - thursday ( 5 days ), i have right now 47 crystals and 146 locked containers(i guess i will get2-5 more crystals tomorrow friday when i wake up)
i will sell 25-30 crappy crsytals at 300-500 each one for a decent amount of credits(10 millions credits) and keep 20-25 for my own use, ALL THISwhile i slept.
God blees AFK-Macro!!!

Where is a good spot to hunt rag tags and meatlumps? never really encountered them

everytime i hunt them they fill my pack with decoder crap in less then 20m. not sure how you can selectivley loot them to contain that many in one pack, even empty. maybe im missin something

Ah use the search function nxt time pls 
Anyway, you can't automatically sort the items through and you will have to manually weed them out of your inventory, and trust me, it fills up fast with all the junk there is.
As for meatlumps, ragtags, they can be found in Corellia in most places such as Kor Vella. One thing to note is that any mob which has a thug faction will drop these crystals other than these are jawas and tuskens.

Where isa good spot to get some force crystals, I give up trying to buy them cant find anyone selling them, unless you can also tell me where is a good spot to buy them on intrepid? thanks for any help
