From Looking at the announcements you see that this extended downtime of about 5 hours is scheduled for maintenance. But you never know, if the time has come the servers will shift, I sure hope they will today, but tomorrow is fine too.

Hey. I completed the phase 2 vehicle quest last night. I haven't been feeling like playing for a few weeks now so if I would have missed completing this phase, I would have my 5th combat tree unlocked in phase 3. wait three weeks. Wait 3 more weeks because I already have both phase 4 quests done. and 3 more weeks because i have both phase 1 combat quests down. so if the server had gone to phase 3 without me finishing phase 2, it would have been at least 2 more months before i could exit the village although I already have all the xp. So YAY!

I can confirm that Bloodfin is in phase 3 as of 4/15/05!!!! I can finally start my final quest!!!!!
