is there a link telling where to find jedi crystals? Who drops them and how often? Also what crystals do what? thanks

MOB Crystal Drops:
Note that these are generally accurate but are not absolute rules. I have received mostly quality crystals from spellweavers and 50/50 quality/good from sentinels. I have only received quality from protectors and premiums from elders (but my loot from elders is minimal). Have heard of quality crystals from elders. Also, I have gotten mostly good crystals from Initiates, Rangers, and Stalkers, but do occasionally get a fair. I have also seen premiums from Protectors.
I think a more accurate way of stating it is that Mokk, Janta, Kunga will give fair and poor primarily, Nighstisters will mainly give Good/Quality/Premium - the higher the level, the better the chance of getting a higher quality. However, every once in a while, a NS will give a fair crystal.
This is just from my experience - your mileage may vary.

Keep in mind that stats are pretty random when you tune em. Ive got way better crystals that where low quality then my premiums.

I have about 12 Power Crystals I want to get rid of. Send mail to Kifer and you can come check them out and a good price can be worked out.
I'm going to post same thing on Trade forums but I wanted to come to the source first.
I'm leaving game on the 8th of next month so my friend Kifer has them and will make the arrangements. Monies will then be transfered out to another server.

i am trying to find bolth color and clear but cant git them to drop could i git some help i know mobs that drop but what mob dropes the most

Check the Jedi FAQ's stickied at the top, they got a list in one of them that shows exactly what certain types of mobs drop. Although I must admit, the drop rates seem DRASTICALLY reduced from what they used to be.

People are talking about premium crystals what are they? i always tune them and put them in my saber never saw the word " Premium" (or i suck =) lol )

Power crystals come in a few flavors depending on the mob you looted them from : POOR , FAIR, GOOD, QUALITY, SELECT, PREMIUM.
Premium being the best and has the best chance for a low Force cost hight Dmg tune.

lol sorry... Someone able to tune pearls should know by now..
Pearls and Crystals have secret Stats til it Tuned, the Devs have a Rating system that give a Idea of the stats which seems a bit Flawed... so Tune Everyone you get Even the Flawless, and Quality and Fair and Poor... Never know if that Poor will outclass the Flawless ... hhahaha
