I don't mean to be an ahole but they haven't even acknowledged this is a problem. So I assume they don't know about it. Please help us and PM all of them several times if you get the chance. Thanks.

Make sure to check your inv for the Sculpture reward no reward and inventory was not full
and check your mission journal. says 'completed'
Also, if in doubt, talk to Paemos and ask him what you are able to learn. If Ranged Speed is in that list, you completed the quest successfully. it is not amongst the list, even though i did complete the mission.
its bugged. and last night a system message was sent stating that if you have a ticket concerning mission reards to please remove the ticket. they know of the problem, but will not be responding to the issue. have faith and they will fix it.
my faith is waning... i won't quit the game, just FS pursuits.
Well, tomorrow begins a brand new week. I would ask anyone reading this to please make sure you do the following:
1.) PM Tiggs, TH, Garva, JustG, Smed, etc.
2.) Make sure you have a current CS ticket. If it get's closed please open another.
3.) Bug this as many times as possible.
4.) Respond to the daily issues thread early and often with this problem.
5.) Please be polite about it. We just want them to be aware of the problem.
If you think this sounds like a bit much please keep in mind that SonG has posted about this as well in the correspondent's forum and hasn't received anything back. At this point they haven't even acknowledged that they know it's a problem. So as far as we know they aren't even aware of it. We need to get it out there as much as possible until we at least know they are working on it.
It frustrates me that this problem has indeed been around for a year now and yet they haven't done anything to fix it.

I had the same problem, but a CSR fixed it rather promptly. I send a ticket, they closed it and said to send a ticket with the prroper heading. After messing around for a few minutes, I decided to send it under Missions-->Interactive NPC's and then very nicely described my problem. Only took a little while, they fould out that I had indeed finished the quest, and unlocked the Ranged Speed Branck for me! Thank you CSR's... Try the method I did and see if you get a response!
Now the only problem I have, and I just sent a ticket, is Noldan won't let me train up in the skills. The menu flashes really quick when I talk to him and goes away!

This sounds great except for one thing. A lot of us can't even begin the quest. I'd be happy just to start it and get it on the books...

Nice. I'm on ticket number 5 and can't even start the quest.
Im just happy to see I wasnt the only one.
I had gotten Ranged Speed as my freebie so I made EXTRA SURE to select Melee Defense from the Chat.
50 outlaws -25 pirates later... no unlock. I /bugged it but hehe...
So Im payed til may 25... No unlock no money. and yah i know no one from soe reads these but whatever.
