so basically if you havent been to the village yet you got about 3 1/2 - 4 months and you'll be able to get that lightsaber, only thing is you gotta go and kill about32,000 pickets first for the xp that you will need. good luck

Just to ask what type of ls u mean? i belive there are diff generatioms of LS (check ur force progression skill boxes) like gen 1 is basic practice one then when u hit padawan u can get a 2nd gen 1 i think im just gessing but hope it gives u a rough outline

lol.. you craft a training saber at Jedi initiate... half way through padawan trials.. once you get Jedi Padawan you can craft any Generation Saber you like... However as the generation increases the Damage goes up but so does the Force Cost... big issue

You also can only put one colour crystal in a training saber... 1st gen is1 Colour and 1 Damage Crystal/Pearl... and so on up to 4th Gen where you can put 1 Colour and 4 Damage in

Pre-CU you could use the training saber at initiateonce you completed that trial and earn Jedi XP by killing mobs with it.You had no Specials to use at all till novice LS so basically would rely on an auto attack. You had no force bar but since you didn't have any specials you didn't need force to auto attack enemies.

Post-CU You still craft the Training Saber at the appropriate trial but there is no Auto attack. You gain Saberhit at initiate but if i'm correct it's considered a special and uses force. Since at initiate you don't have a forcebar you are unable to use the LS as you cannot use Saberhit.

So with that in mind you cannot use a LS of any kind until after you complete the Padawan trials and receive your Forcebar.
