Its completely random - you can go 5 times in a row and not get a drop - I have gotten 3 drops in a row (before 17 patch) - others I spoke with on Ahazi last night had got 2 in a row while another group was 0 for 3

Where does this come from? Did it replace the Sunrider?
Sry if this has been answered before but since the damn search feature won't work...

It's a possible loot drop from NK-Necrosis in the bottom of the Myyydril caves on Kashyyyk from what I understand.

yeah i got one fluke going down there really rare crystal drop its basically as powerful as sunriders

Oh, so it's like the days of hunting holocrons in the crystal cave on Dantooine... takes 5 players to do the job, and if you kill it 100 times you'll perhaps loot ONE...

Yeah, but so what are the odds he actually drops? Is it practical to have a good-sized gank squad and take turns looting and everyone gets a crystal?

I've seen 2 drop in the 15-20 runs i've done. One is in my saber, it does the same amount of damage as sunrider's but is electrical damage and is a pink color.

Bane's Heart is so sweet. I was pretty lucky with drops and whatnot. Me and a friend only had to do it 2x to get one
