Where are these theme parks located and how does one participate?What are they?

Check your POI tab in your datapad in game. The one's that I know about are:
Tatooine: Jabba Palace (works fine, anyone can do it)
Naboo: Emperor's Retreat (This might not be on the datapad, Imps only obviously)
Naboo: Gungan Sacred Place (This might be still broken, anyone should be able to do it)
Corellia: Rebel Secret Base (works fine, rebels only)
LoK: Nym's Base (Works fine, anyone with good nym faction can do it)
Come to think of it, why would the 'Rebel Secret Base' be listed for everyone to see on the POI tab while the 'Emperor's Retreat' is not? Hmmmmmm......

I went to Jabbas palace and it wouldn't let me through the second set of doors without a certain characters permission,when I talked to that character it still wouldn't let me in.What am I missing here?

You have to start off doing quests for Reelo. He should be right inside the main doors. Talk to him to start the whole theme park going.

You should be able to get missions from terminals to kill Valarians, they also spawn all over.

Valarians are everywhere on Tatooine... at least it seems that way to me. I have -5000 valarian standings.

Does Gungan themepark give a badge? Never even heard it was a themepark and obvious didnt give a badge..

kill some valarian's to get good Jabba standing. I had -3000 faction and in less than an hour had +1200. I'm working my way through jabba missions now. Still don't know what theme park is.

Are there any theme parks on Corella? If not where are the other theme parks located.

The rebel theme park starts on corellia, not sure if there are any others on corellia.

Has anyone completed the new Theme Parks with updated rewards? I've completed the Jabba theme park, but is it worth going through it again? Any new/cool items?
