Papers please! Imps are fun and while its hard on rebels I love that they do searches and respond to emotes. I always get a kick at being a proper officer in the army and saluting NPCs as I pass by and having them salute back at me

Yep. Yep. Jen'tara does that. I love how even the Emperor's Royal Guards salute you back.

One of my guildies and I blew about an hour and 100k credits each the other night going dow the list of emotes to see which ones would get us fined and hit/incapped.

Then we killed all the stormies and took some of our miney back.

AH cool hook us up with the list! Make your 100k credits work for the community! LOL

Actually, I think Faida did get a screenshot. Neither of us know how to post it on the web, though.

She thought about aggroing them, but the current game rules would throw you out of your own house and lock the doors if you did. Apparently you are not allowed inside any player building while tefed--or perhaps I misunderstood the rules.

And to me, attacking people as they land is griefing (as is attacking noobs or crafters who happen to get tefed in the imperial crackdown). It is far from fair combat. On Gorath, one player city mined their shuttleport and placed AT-ST's around to guard it. Covert rebels who landed there typically woke up already dead before they could even see the screen.

Not sure if you would be kicked out or not if you have setted your house to a private building....but then I don't see how the Imps got in there...maybe not working on the NPC's. Anyway, if you run to your terminal, set your building to public so everyone can enter as they wish, then youshould be able tohave a big firefight in there without getting kicked out.

Currently, if you get a TEF in ANY player building, be it your own house, a friend's house, a public merchant tent, or even a player cantina, you are immediately ejected, and you cannot enter any player buildings until the TEF is gone... So your idea would not work...

Just marginally related, but when I was a CH, I lent a pet to a friend so he could up his missions around town and it could help keep him alive (friend command). I popped into my workship to work on some crafting. Imagine my surprise when 1/2 way through the first experimentation I found myself standing out in front of my house, unable to get in. Seems when my pet jumped in to help out, I got a TEF and was promplty ejected from the building.

I wanted to give a link to where I have posted about how this little issue could lead to a bounty hunter being able to instantly kill a Jedi he has no chance of beating, and also I'd like to ask, how many of you think this instant incapacition is good?

I mean, IMO, if my character can slaughter Darktroopers all day and not break a sweat, why should one stormtrooper be able to instantly incapacitate me just cause I did an emote he didn't like? Why not allow that stormtrooper to attack you, you may defend yourself, if you lose, you're incapacitated and are fined... If you win, then you dont' get fined, although you better "Get the hell outta dodge" before more stormtroopers arrive. But, honestly, I find it very hard to have fun being a rebel when anything I say against the Empire can have me instantly incapacitated no matter how many stormies I could slaughter in a "fair fight."

I like trying to hug Imps, thats always fun, and for the more risk-ae among you, try the /snog emote. That's always hilarious.

Only problem with having a rebel character whos fairly high in the rankings is that EVERY time I get stopped and searched, they say "THIS ONE'S A REBEL" and make me go Overt, not just a tef, but overt, eneded up being killed in Espa because of it the other day.

This happens to me every time I go to any imperial town.

I hate being searched. I have a house just outside of Mos Epsa and that place is crawling with Imps. Every time I land there to visit my house I just Burst Run out into the desert.

Thats hillarious! I was running Bounty Missions today in Kaadraa... as we all know is crawling w/ ST's... Well when I got searched I targeted him and type /spit... well needless to say... I went for 1000 mind to 500, just like that, and lost 12k... hmm... crazy, huh? Funny... the sad thing is, I'm IMP!
