Awesome guide, one thing tha'ts wrong...
Luck is in phase 3, dunno which one is in phase 2 instead of it though....

Just completed Reflex quest in phase 4.
No reward.
You can choose to unlock Combat or Reflex when you start, but you cannot unlock both.

If you unlock melee defense you won't get the reward- folks that unlocked ranged defense got the reward ( or so i heard- i unlocked melee). Additionally we could not take the quest a second time like on TC- i'll probably check in a couple days to see if there is a "cooling off period" vefore you can take the second part but i'm not holding my breath...

Phase III Melee Accusacy is givin by Sarg Suirello or whatever it is
Reward is Color crystal and if u do it correctly you get a Mind Buff crystal as well

This is correct -- Bounty Hunter xp converts 1:1.

Captain Sarguillo gives you the option of Combat Prowess:Ranged Speed or Enhanced Reflexes:Melee Defense

First I wanted to thank you for the wonderful guide. My journey started about 3 or 4 months ago when I got my first Holocron. I received it from the NPC that is inside the cave near the Jedi Ruins. I had actually stoped playing for about a month or two after I had mastered my profession and then picked this up again after beta testing the Jump to Light Speed.
However, I still did not persue the path to the force right away, but instead jumped right into space. I only started after about seeing this post a couple weeks ago. What gave me the inner glow was doing the Jabba Theme Park and obtaining that badge. I also had to go back and do the Warren along with the Rebel Theme Park.
I guess now I am waiting for the old man, but I found this guide very helpful, as well as very organized. When I first picked up the collectors edition I didn't even know that you could become a jedi character until someone mentioned it to me. Then I was very confused because there was a lot of information out there that seemed very unclear, or unfounded. This was the first pice of information that I actually came across which I found very helpful.
So I wanted to say if anyone else has not said it already, Thank you for all of your hard work. Meanwhile, I suppose I am now waiting for the old man to show up. It's going to be a very boring 3 days.

Padawan Trials:
Sludge Panthers can be found at the lostvillage of durbin on Talus.
Please update this as it will be very helpful, i cant remember if it is lostvillage of durbin but i am pretty sure it is.

Actually Bio Engineer XP is under crafting not Senses, i just tested it a couple days ago 
Too bad cause i really need HS xp. DNA harvesting is still in senses though
