by using a program (think its called insideSWG) you can modify the .tre files that basically run the game. this allows you to swap pictures around so that when you load your game, things look different. my housemate currently has palpatine for his medical droid, but so do a lot of people in his game. because you modify the file, everyone else with that weapon/droid you modified will have the new image. it is possible to change your weapons into lightsabers as well. so darkknight109 simply thinks the poster of the pic has more than likely gone into the .tre files and swapped the pic of a normal crystal with that of the kenobi's legacy

Exactly. The coding for all the crystals exist, they just don't drop in live yet. Basically, using this program, someone can change the appearence of any object in game so that it looks like anything else in game. This type of thing has been seen quite a bit, since the start of the game. It's how people got pics of Mando armour long before the DWB was even thought up.

Well there are 2 ways possible to do this (*cough*This is JUST an ideaof course. I would not suggest changing any of the game files)

1. Use Adobe Photoshop, and create a New Image (image does not matter, just want to be able to get to the Color Table). Image, mode and Select "Indexed Color"... Choose "Custom" Palette and Load the .PAL file up. You can then reorder the colors around in the palette. Just do NOT put more the 32 colors in the Palette and the Order is (upper left) 0 - (bottom right) 31. Then afterwards SAVE the Color Table as a Microsoft PAL file.

2. Hex Edit the PAL File.Color starts at Offset 18... Goes as (Hex Values) Red, Green, Blue then a 00 as a seperator between each color. (example : 1st 2 Colors ( Red & Dark Red): FF (Red)00(Green) 00 (Blue)00 (Sep) B3 (Red) 00 (Green) 00 (Blue).

Option 1 is the easiest way. But, if you do NOT have Photoshop (other freeware programs might have a similar way. But, I use Photoshop mainly)....

You will get screens of em all give me tiem i have to go work in yard in a bit so check the forums ill make a post of em with link to it all just give me some time hehe takes me a bit my way you have em in due time oh they look nice to hehehe
