im a former master doctor, dropped it to get scout ranger for senses xp instead since i can do that alongside with my combat xpinstead of sitting still mostly bored grinding medical xp, on top of that senses xp earn me money and dont cost me money as grinding medic xp did.
im a bit afraid to even suggest this since im now one of the many that would be hurt by it.
but lets face it the majority of players play combat professions, and many of those do not even recognize the effort crafter doctors and entertainers play in making their job more easy. I as many other doctors have recived angry tells from customers that died "after" they goe buffs from me, and try to blame me for their incompetence cause my buffs sucked.
Well Crafters shoot prices through the roof, 5-6 million for a set of Composite armor, weapons likewise use prices to compensate for lost credits you have to spend to throw resources out the window by using practice when grinding for the ridicculus extra 5% xp.
Doctors likewise, A buff run for 3 hours usually on average a master combat profession can do two 30k mission easy in ten minutes so adjust prices after that 100-150 k for buffs fair enough i would say, now comes the trick that will really affect the majority of the player population, When your xp max out say stop " sorry folks no more buffs today my xp maxed out" then just leave. if someone ask you for a resurection and your xp is maxed out or a disease cure say no and tell them why as well.
let combat professions get their 900k xp without buffs and let them see how long time that will take them.
needless to say the result will be people upset and angry over the fact, other people will stand by doctors and Crafters in their request for some fair treatment in this by the devs, this game without any doctors buffing the game will collapse in matter of weeks as the game is made highly dependant on it.
I have grinded medic xp in the village, i have used a second account with a pet to buff over and over, and there is NO way you can get medic/fs xp anywhere near combat xp ratio even by standingright beside Paemos on top of this, that work is very costly.
SOE fix this half planned half built product you put in with Patch 10.

The cap is in place for a reason, to curb those that can find a way to get by this system easier. It only takes like 3 hours to master the doctor profession for those that have the right tools to do it. I have seen it I know. The devs know this. Doctors are doing a branch In a day or 2. If you use logic instead of flying off at the handle you will see the light. Trust me.
I agree the caps are good when it comes to grinding the professions, make it so peole are no able to store up medical xp to get from novice medic to master doctor just by spending the medic xp they earned as novice doctor/master swordsmand etc.
But its so easy to fix that even a school student could do it, that none of those high paid develoupers cant come up with it is a accomplsihment that probably should qualify for a nobel prize alone.
get master doctor BOX -Cap is raise to 900.000 xp lose master doctor box --Cap is lowered to 80.000 xp. all xp above 80.000 are deleted. this could be done for all professions not only doctors,

Heey!!
Sense xp with medical isn't easy as you think.
Because you have to find people for buff, or heal wounds, etc.
If you buff 10 people you reach to 80k and you need to convert.
Doctors need people.
But for combat xp there are lots lots of creatures, npcs. and waiting for die
If you find creatures you can get combat xp and i think this is the easiest way in galaxy i think.
But you must find a player, who has got real life, who has got something to do.
So please dont tell me about tumble macros.
Because first of all it is not in the spirit of RPG and its kind a trick.
In normal game gaining medical xp very very easy. But in a limited time !!
If you are in a crowded city (coronet in our galaxy) you can find people for buff but after 10 people you have to go village, dathomir.
And waiting in village is just waste of time.
Because lots of time people have buff in village.
One time i tried to wait unbuffed people and it took my 1hour even there are lots of players in village. Also in village im not the only doctor, and there is some other doctors too. And we share the peoples..... BUT there are lots lots of creatures and even we share all creatures we can get enough xp easily.
Travelling to village is bored me.
And i dont want to camp in village because i have also some tasks outside village.
I believe being a jedi isnt easy but med cap must be increase.

ive been a master doc before buffs came to the game ... i did it the old fashion heal everyone in sight way to no tumblers no nothing. i think the caps for anything below a turn in of 15k should be raised. heck i'd settle for a 160k cap. or even allow me to trade in my totally worthless industrailist xp thats haunted me for the last year!!!!!!!

/SIGN with 80k cap its a must to grind in the village, combat gets more per cap (im also TKM) not balanced at all. Exchange rate is good but a higher cap would be nice.
