But you can't expect a bounty hunter to give you a fair fight, their jobs to hunt you and kill you, i don't like it, you don't like it, but thats the way it is, and if ya get on the terms its gonna happen. Perhaps the reason your on in the 1st place is your hunting on dant, i strongly recomnend all jedi level on endor : tons of wild spawns to kill and very low traffic.

I also recomend you pickk up a master melee proffesion or at least master medic to defend yourself when things take a turn for the worse like with your quenker incident, dont expect to be able to rely on low level Jedi skills to get you out of a jam
