I have a stupid question... but if you're bored enough, can you master all 16 skills instead of just the minimum 6 needed for Jedi?

So correct me if I am wrong. You can unlock certain branches w/each phase. But if you do not complete the branch during the unlocking phase, you can still train as long as it is unlocked? I started late. So now I have to wait for phase 5, in order to unlock the phase 1 branches?

thx

I have a question. When I first started this force sensative thing I did not know about the the free unlocks. So how do you get the free unlocks? Can you change this after you started the missions? Because being that I did not know about this and was following the lead of someone else. At least I was smart and started the heightened sense tree. I am a master Doctor, so I want to stay in the area. But with thecap of experience I find it rather a pain to keep running back and forth for experience exchange. It's not like with combat skills that you can bank a lot of experience. We only get up to 80000 xp before it's capped and in the conversion we only end up with 8000 that can be converted and we have to get 175,000 for just the first block of healing.

Ok to answer the past few posts:

No Glowie is not fun.

Yes, once you unlock a branch, you can take as long as you want to complete the exp needed for it.

Yes you can Master all the Branches and Trees that you want. Try to get outside every once and a while though.

Unlocks were a reward for people who grinded through the Last Jedi System. You cannot get unlocks unless you used holocrons and mastered those skills. (Im not sure if you stumble upon one of your holo masters now, if it counts towards your free unlocks). However you would have to Master 3 holo masters to get 1 free unlock.

Someone else posted this. Something like:
3 Holo masters = 1 Unlock
4 Holo Masters = 2 Unlock
5 Holo Masters = 3 Unlock
6 Holo Masters = 4 Unlock
7 Holo Masters = 5 Unlock

If im wrong, don't bite my head off, im too lazy to try to find the post that said the figures. Also, you can no longer use Holocrons to find out what skills to master, so you might as well just start grinding your Branches at the Village.

I'm not sure if you meant TREES but you need 6 FS TREES to become jedi not just 6 skills.

24 boxes devoted to 6 trees

if you want to do every box in every tree.....sure you can but I'm seeing that taking 48 weeks with no free unlocks lol

Alot of people get confused by this. You need 6 "BRANCHES" .. not trees. I broke it down in an earlier post, but here it is again.

1 tree = 4 branches which is the same as 1 tree = 16 skill boxes

1 branch = 4 skill boxes

24 skillboxes = 1 tree and 2 branches

You only need 6 "Branches". Since there are 4 skill boxes in each branch. 6x4 is 24 skill boxes.

Enhanced Reflexes is a Tree for example. But the Survival row is a Branch out of the Enhanced Reflexes Tree. If you guys are going to use the "Tree Metaphor" include the term "Branches" as well, or it doesn't work.

Hope this clears things up.

no since I seem to be confusing people......I'll put it like this....you need 24 BOXES put into 6 separate chuncks of a FS professsion

I.E. (4400 combat prowess 4444 enchanced reflexes) |or something like this|

(4400 crafting mastery 4000 enchanced reflexes 4440 hieghtening senses)

Once you do all that you then get a new character slot (or so I have heard) and it is just a regular character while your old character may become a jedi

well icompletely stuffed my FS XPconversion. I traded in 175k Combat and 900K unarmed on the wrong tree...lol

For starters i thought that it wouldnt matter what tree you trade it in on, as some xp is used for other trees (like enhanced reflexes and combat prowesss both use weapon and combat) so i used the combat prowess tree, now im stuck with 88k Force Combat XPthat i dont really need, as im not a combat oriented charcater on this server. I wanted Enhanced Reflexes dammit !

Next time i'll do more homework
