Very valid point. Something that I think everyone has forgotten.
It takes a minimum of 18 weeks. Probably closer to 21 weeks, or maybe 22. (Since phases dont shift right at 3 weeks). But, the only ones who would finish the grind itself in 22 weeks would be the ones able to spend 10,12, 16 hours or more a week to do it. At 2-3,maybe 4 hours a week, it would take much much longer.
i agree..... i am not jedi.. i am in the village.. and yes i have my xp banked... (thankfully), but it should not be given to you... I used double xp week to full advantage... and grinded like crazy.. Now i am loving it... just do the phase quest.. and chill..
But I have also been playing this game since launch.. that includes the holocron grinding.. and all.. so it should not be easy... .it is a goal.. that you have to strive for.... so deal with it.. and when you finally get to the end... you will look back and say.. i am a jedi.. cuz i earned it...........

Your broad statement that everyone who doesn't like the new conversion is a grenade grinder is staggering in it's stupidity.
I imagine you're just the pride and joy of your teachers...aren't you happy you'll be returning to school soon so you can learn how to use the word "they're" in a sentence?

For all the difficulty the original poster has had making his point (who knows his RL background or where he's from?) he's elicited2 pages of responses. Not bad for an illiterate, and bad schoolboy (oh the assumptions you made!).
There's plenty of excuse to take offense at some buffoon who accuses me of abusing the system simply because I disagree with the conversion.
However by all means you should continue to operate as the moderator of this thread and encourage everyone to just love this guy and his ravings...

The other day we had eight people who shot critters with their weapons and nobody used a grenade.
Glad to see you're glad to see those players get to pay for the crimes of the type of player you mentioned...

Thats the way it crumbles. I can tell you that from massive experience.
You're not telling me anything I don't already know. However it's the rocket scientists out there that come out with their enlightening "quit complaining, suck it up and deal with it you buncha babies!" that elicits a negative response...
I actually like it this way. The devs, by their actions, are pretty much saying "we're going to screw you non grenade users by doing this conversion. FU if you don't like it..." I can live with that, even though I don't like it...
