OK, this is just a FYI
If you took melee defense last time and need ranged speed this time, it is not bugged. Atleast on Naritus anyways. But everyone please feel free to post in this thread if you are still having problems. So far what i have gathered is that the bug occurs if you took ranged speed last time and need melee defense this time.

the bug occurs the other way around aswell.
i took melee def last phase 4 and cant take ranged speed this time.
its not the order that causes the bug it seems but it only affects certain people, as many people i know have done either ranged speed or melee def last phase 4 and they can all take ranged speed/melee def this quest.

He doesn't give me the quest.Last phase 4 igot combat.. and failed, didn't finished the quest.

did melee defense last time, need ranged speed to have my 6 unlocks.. had the xp needed to complete the villagebanked up since last phase shift.. so being able to get that last unlock would be nice... 
and that the devs havent said anything about this really piss me of,, if they arnt gonna fix it, atleast they can announce it !!!

And of Course I was hoping to have 3 weeks left till im jedi from this phase shift but noooo gotta have this bug.....Im another one to feel this curse....I did Ranged Speed last time and cant do meele def
