did the ranged speed quest about 2 weeks ago, still no reward, submitted ticket just to let a csr know.

Well going on 2 maybe 3 phases and my melee def is still bugged, plus 2 csr tickets with just a we are working on it response. At this point all i want is to have it fixed or deleted so i can retake the damn melee defense quest.

The reason those before pub 20 get nothing is ......

Because there was NO reward . You did it for free and the FAQ told you also. Do you think that if they change the reward then they will give everyone the new reward the got the old reward. NO.


PS. Thanks to a brave SOE person for risking this butt to talk to us. I hope more will be given the change to commuicate with the play community.

I still have not received my Melee Defense phase 4 Item, I finished the first night of phase 4 just over 3 weeks ago and have not received my reward. Put in a number of CSR tickets and posted on boards, but still have not received it.

Join the crowd i keep putting in tickets and they still say they cant help me that they are passing it on to other people. Which to me means they arent going to do anything, which sucks for me i really wanted to have melee defense, but since I cant retake the quest nor get the credit i deserve im officially screwed.

i never recieved the statue piece in my inventory for the melee speed and i was not allowed to do the ranged defence quest. he would not talk to me.

If I could solo grind it wouldn't be a problem but the groups forming at the MO have been thinning out big time. Are that many people cancelling?

I did the Melee Def quest for Phase 4 during the last cycle...got told to take a break by Captain whats his names spelling....no reward..


Am I missing something?

No your not missing anything I did that quest almost 6 months ago know and got the same reply. Yet I cant train in the skill and cant retake the quest. To make matters worse the in game csr' won't do anything about it.

This really bugs me. I got the same response. Can a SOE Dev send out a memo to the CSR's to let them know they can actually unlock the tree for those of us who did the quest pre pub 20?



All the tickets i send n just get 'sorry we cant help' replies
