Hello All,
I'm relativly new to this fourms, and like what i see. It's nice to see players helping players.
Now, on to what I wanted to say. I'm on Bria, and can say for certainty that the phase has yet to switch, as previously ESTEMATED (if you dont know what that word means, please for the love of god, LOOK IT UP!!), so I'm guessing it will shift on the next server reset.
Oh, and by the way, thanks Ordio for the wonderful, and meaningful, thread. It's very much a help to all of us going through the long jedi training process.
And, before i go, everyone who thinks that the three weeks that the village takes to reset is too long, do NOT complain about it here, there are other places to submit it to the SOE dev team. Thanks again for this wonderful thread.

Thanks for the nice post... it makes it worth it to see people appreciate me doing this... I do have a toon on Bria, but no where near FS at all.. lol...

its bs how bria gets all witches 1st and use scylla folk get the scraps so when a player get jedi on scylla from phase 3 i am jest starting the phase its bs.... restart all the servers to count down at the same time

Never happen. Serverssometimesgo down at differenttimes, some are down longer than others, etc. Even if they started phase 3 on all servers at the exacty same time, by next phase 3 they would be all out of whack again, and it's too much work to constantly keep resetting them all to the exact same countdown.

As a VB and java programmer, why?
Why would i want to count down the exact seconds in a program that i can whip up in 2 minutes to see how many seconds are left before a phase change... it's really not THAT complicated on when the phase change is... is it? pretty much 3 weeks (approx) and the next server reset after that date... (in this case, this thursday)...
I mean, i'm not trying to downplay your idea... but once each server is reset, then someone would still have to modify the program (whether web or whatever) to reset it... i'd rather just update the main post here... less time consuming...
In this case, it may be the 21st century, but there's no need to do something like this... It just makes it more complicated than that... if SOE was to do their own (as i'm sure they can do it themselves), then a post like this wouldn't be needed...

You still get a full three weeks before your server changes...
So you are telling me, if your server only got 2 weeks at phase 2 (to match up to the rest of us)... you wouldn't complain about that either?

Thanks.. i hope so too...
I've modified post #2 into an easy to read FAQ... hopefully people will read that... otherwise, they will be referred to THAT post if they ask when is the village shifting.

Why are you including Wednesdays as days for a phase change, when its not a normal server reset day, its just asking for irate posts?!

Lol.. true... I never really thought about this... I just know wednesday is a day that has had a report on the phase change...
Anyway, that is why i included 2 dates..
Wednesday as the first date + 21 days (as those 2 servers were reported to have switched to phase 2 on the wednesday).... But i have the thursday as the likely day for it to switch for all of these weds...
Unless of course, somewhere along the way, wednesdays has become a hidden day?? Shrug...

Oh no! Chilastra is down for the entire day for maintenance, and we are, according to the very nice post, 3 daysshort ofthe 21 day mark, that means that not only it will boot back at phase 2, but will add about a half day of waiting for phase 3.
Oh well, it looks more and more like it'll shift on the 19th

Well, even though the two servers were down for maint (Chilastra and a second one (can't find the announcement anymore??)) i will assume that my estimated date will be when it will switch (19th)...
Also i was PM'd today that Farstar didn't switch (as expected)... so farstar might be part of group 1 for tommorrow's phase change...
Same as sunrunner... but as the thursday was the estimated original date, it may not switch until saturday.
