I also was unable to get the whip mission, but I did it before. I was under the impression that you could re-due these missions every 12 weeks, I really wanted to get another health buff crystal. I submitted a ticket, but still no response.

Well, I just logged on and found my ticket answered. The bad news is that I obviously did not clarify myself in that I knew for a fact Eclipse had switched to Phase 2 already.

The response I got was along the lines of "Not all servers have switched to Phase 2, please wait until the next server restart to see if it switches. At this time, I do not know what time the switch will occur."

Now I have the pleasure of rewritting and waiting on another ticket

Nulland i sure hope your right becuase all these bugs in the village have been drving me (and i think alot of you crazy). See it wouldnt be so bad if they put up a update on there main home page saying they are aware of the problem andtrying to fix it intsead of saying nothing and making us all feel ignored....Sure would have a lot less bugs reports and people feeling ignored..

my problem is that i did the captains quest for the patrol points...only 1st 10 to unlock and trained all the combat boxes. with the new phase i talked to the old man who sent me to see dageerin...he only comments on the good job im doing. i also tried to go see whip and he isnt telling me anything either. i am banking the xp so thats not a problem with the double xp week. just sucks i cant unlock to start the quest.

Here we are day three of the phase and still bugged. Come on devs I know you have had to get more bug reports the one or two to merrit attention to this problem. It isn't just whip that is bugged but for me it's the whole village.I have tryed everything I can think of! Well except unistalling and reinstalling but that is like a last despration move,that I hope I won't have to sink to.

Same problem. The real kicker of course though when you tell someone the village is bugged any they ask you "Are you sure you didn't get a quest" Or "Are you sure you haven't done that yet" My personal fav though is "Well it seems to be working fine for me" It's really annoying. Not sure if that is more or annoying or being ignored all together. As for the ticket,I wish mine would of said something to that effect.Instead just got talked down to like I was a noob. Oh we I'll give them till Wednesday before I send in another report. Only good thing out of all of this is the double xp for the week.

Just had my second ticket answered by CSR NickK, and he was able to clear it up without me being online at the time.

This time around, I mentioned that I knew my galaxy had switched to Phase 2 and that I had done some research on this thread so I knew I wasn't alone in the issue. Sure enough, when I headed to the village and held my breath, Whip gave me my vehicular control quest.

I had my doubts, but CSR NickK really pulled through. Hope everything works out for you guys too
