The answer is yes. I know for a fact that the Mystery of Tatooine quest badge (that i got for doing the marksman quest go figure) does count as a content badge. I know because i wasn't glowy before doing it and i was glowy after doing it. The other badge that i've HEARD counts is the Entertainer quest. I didn't do this one.

For an Imperial character (such as myself) who has all badges except for the warren ones...is there another badge(s) to take the two warren badges place? I am fed up with the warren trying many times to complete, but something always comes up in rl and am forced to log or the warren has some glitch in it and wont let me get past certain spots. Anyone had anything else work for them?

I can confirm that the Advanced X-Wing quest out of Kachiro Space station is a content badge. Its how I got glowy with only 2 theme parks and 2 warrens badges as content. That means that the RG TIE Fighter and the Vaksai likely are badges also.
I've heard that the Necrosis kill badge is content as well. That means that the Katarn and Ackley might be also.

In addition, I've also heard that an Ancient Krayt kill is a content badge, but can't confirm that. Really though, the newbie quests in Mos Eisely are the absolute easiest quests to get content badges from that I'm aware of.

This time, i'm going to try Mos Eisley Entertainer, Mos Eisley Marksman, Jabba's, Nym's, and Rebel (Imperial is easier, but rebel has better loot and is more fun). I'll try the other Mos Eisley badges too, just because i'm curious.

I can confirm that both the Gorax badge and Ancient Krayt badge count as content.
This is how I became glowie.

Take the newbie quests from the mayor in Mos Eisley. He gives two badges that count as content. I don't remember what they're called, but I know for certain that they count. I got them from the Marksman and Entertainer missions, but others report that they got them from other professions' missions. You'll just have to do them all until you get both badges.

Just confirming that Ive tested you can use the profession quests off the mayor in Mos Eisley as content badges.
