this has actually been around since before pub 9, maybe longer. A friend of mine was sitting down and the game glitched and said "I am a jedi master" next thing he knows he is fined and incapped. Another friend of mine tested it after as well and same thing hehe, they were newbies at the time so it took all of their money, 5k was alot of money at that time

Things like this should be done alot more with other npc's, like /slap the ticket collector droid and you cannot travel for 15/30 minutes on that shuttle/space port..There are so many nice things that can be done with this system and it add's alot of fun to the game..

heh, sorry but that made me a laugh.... you gotta remember the empire is trying to "remove" jedi from the memory of the poeple and the history books... so JEDI is a bad word heh...

I think /hug is a no no as well...

Fined for saying Jedi in the medical center? You know medical center is for Doctors to use Drugs to heal other players - NOT for a pothead like you to hide on the upper floor and get stoned on mound gold downers....!!!

I think I understand now...

"Jedi" is the Light side (like Rebels)... and that's why the Imperials smack you for that.

"Sith" is the Dark side (like Imperials)... and so I guess you'd be left alone if you say Sith.
