I got this information second hand, but i trust the source. Tarq has shifted to phase 1!! WOOT, getting buffed now.

Did you unlock the novice skill box for the phase you unlocked (this costs like 50FS xp).

I know I had definitely previouslylearned the novice box (I must have, because I subsequentlylearned acouple of skills above it). When I logged off last night (in Phase IV), I sat down inside one of the stone huts (it was between attacks and the village was quiet). When I logged on this morning, that "you failed phase IV" message was the first thing I saw, as I appeared in the scattered ruins of the same hut.
I can tell you that I had a moment of panic/anger when I saw that message, before I figured out that it was erroneous! Maybe it simply meant that I failed to successfully defend the village against the Sith (as did everybody), in which case it was a poorly worded message.

I believe everyone is getting the 'failed' message, and it's either a bug or an entertaining way to explain the village shift from phase 4 back to 1.

I'm not sure why this was not reported yet but Radiant did shift to phase 1.

Radiant was in Phase 1 before 3:30pm CST
I did the Phase one Healer quest before I left for work, (completed between 11:30am and 2:55pm)

My money was always on 29th..
ok chili will go to phase 2 december 22rd my time which is December 21st yours. I think anyway =)

Well to me it looks as if there is an obvious trend, next phase starts on a Sunday for Flurry, which I'm looking forward to greatly as the first wave of players who had to grind all 6 trees unlock and I'm 1 of the them!! 
Shame I'm working all day though

I'll be well p**sed off if I have to wait to the Tuesday before the phase change, I have the the feeling that the devs will reseteach sever the day after the sever hits 0

Because instead of waiting 21 days you'll wait 23? Please, this is totally within the realm of reason.A little patience would go a long way, let's remember the big picture here, two days won't matter that much.

I'm Confused ...because I was at teh VIllage yesterday and they were talking about having been over run by the shadow sith and that their defense shield wasn't strong enough, etc ... that doesn't sound like Phase 1 .. I'm on Starsider ... I was doing a mission for WHip ..and he sent me to find a villager that had been captured by the sith ... Of course, since this is an SOE product the quest is bugged and there is no captive villager or even captors or anything ..just the pretty yellow waypoint ....
( and before you ask if I did the search first, I did ..it shows that it's been checked off in my Quest Journal ... I successfully found the captors ... not that I reemmber actually seeing them because by that tiem I was being chased by Nightsisters, right when my Buff ran out and I had to High tail it through the area ... )
ANYWAY, I mention that because I could have sworn that Whip's phase 1 mission was different.
