Ahazi switched 6/25, so phase 3 should roll around for us no earlier than the 16th, as I understand it. Depending on how things go with server downtime and all, I wouldn't count on it any earlier than the 19th. But unfortunately, based on how this works, I don't think it's possible for anyone to confirm a server switch date before it actually happens.
