I am really upset about this, it takes time to complete these quests and because my conversation with the engineer was disrupted because of the sith, I didn't get my sculpture piece. I think that's total BS. The CSR just needs to read my quest log to see that it was completed. I honestly don't understand this and find it very frustrating. This is the first time I've had a bad experience with customer service in this game. Now I have to find someone willing to sell the piece for loads of credits which I simply won't be able to afford because I cannot do the quest again.

I would keep sending those CSR tickets, or at least try one more time. Maybe you can get a CSR that's more helpful. I've had some really nice, responsive CSRs and then I've had ones that know less about the game then I do. Iwas stuck on Nym's themepark because I accidently deleted an item...the CSR told me to go to Lok's record keeper to get it reset...well that would work if Lok had a record keeper! /strangle CSR The next day I got a response from a helpful one, however, I had already taken the matter into my own hands by having my alt get the missing item for me.

CSRs seem to vary a lot. I finally got my missing lot back (after almost a month) but the responses of the CSRs varied from the attitude of "this is a known issue and I am not going to fix it for you so deal with it." to "Sorry for your problems! I will fix it immediately!"

It can't hurt to submit a second ticket about the issue.
