I have no trouble soloing them with TKM/Master Commando/Medic 0040. Power Boost + Improved Center of Being + Plasma Flamethrower = wewt. I'll use a grenade to get their attention and then set them all on fire.

NEUROTOXIN in the CM tree. This pulls the Sith one at a time and therefore is very easily soloable. On another note, neurotoxin works very well pulling any creature on at a time, especially pikets.
