Wow, a beutiful walkthrough- very nice
One question though, for phase II of Whips' quests, he says you'll unlock vehicle control for completing his quest this time around, BUT....what if I used that for one of my free unlocks? 'Cause I did. Does this mean that I waste the unlock- does it skip to the next bar, or what- can anyone help me out with this?

If you're talking Phase I, the additional patrols definitely DO reward you with the banner. It's the only set of quests I've done so far and am enjoying the ever-flapping banner sitting in my living room.

Ah, correction, the extra quests from Capt Sarguillodo not, I repeat DONOT reward you with anything. I have completed these and verified on the Gorath server.

Um, considering the plethora of banners I have seen I find this hard to believe. Are you sure you went back and asked for more missions from him? I have multiple confirmations on this.

*cries* Too bad.. read this guide too late.. Was still thinking HS will unlock luck.. done the quest.. then grind 15 hours med exp.. and just to see its has unlock surveging.... .. I will kill the DEVS

I think I'll finish up phase 3&4 based on TC information (which I will of course update as soon as the phases hit live) and then PM Garva asking for stickification.

you are wrong about the resources neede for crafting quest phase 2.
it is not only dropped by sith shadows.
players that complete heightened senses surveying get containers of it wj´hile surveying for other resources.
what actullay is way more efficient then killing sith for it

I have added that you get 8 containers from doing the survey mission. I would hardly consider that more efficient since you would require 25 people doing the survey mission for each crafter, however it does offer another source of those containers which is good.

For the Phase II survey quests it is straight forward ( I completed this during the live Phase II):
You talk with Eozlin. He will tell you that you need to find 10 50% concentrations of resources needed for the villiage. He will also tell you that you may need to travel off planet to find these resources (I found all I needed on Dathomir and on Corellia)
In your Force Crystal you will have the missions listed one at a time. Something like "the villiage needs to find a 50% concentration of energy" so all you have to is use a wind survey tool, follow the concentrations until you are centered on a 50% or better concentration and when you survey at this point you get sith resource loot and a new update in your force crystal.
simply rinse/repeat for each resource.
As a side note 'radioactive' minerals are NOT energy for the purposes of this quest.
You do NOT have to go back to Eozlin when you are done. The 'all' inorganic survey tool is placed in your inventory (I was on correlia at the time).
This tool allows you to survey Water, Chemical, Mineral, and Gas from a single tool.
As a side note, it has a 'red' background in my inventory (like armor that has zero durability left on it) but it works just fine, so I assume this is a bug.
As another note, I notice that my survey tools now seem to have a capacity of reaching 385 range, though I am still limited to 320 (I haven't done the grind on the survey tree I just unlocked yet).
