Thread: Killed my 50 and 25 for phase 4,now captain tells me i have too much on my plate
same thing happened to me.
took me 2 waves to complete quest, the second wave I was in a group of 8 that only went after pirates, I could have finished in one wave had there been more pirates around.
After I completed the mission i was tripple incapped and had to clone. I drove all the way out to the village with my stupid clone arm attached, just to find out I couldn't train. I got my arm back in the Cnet med center, sat down, logged out.
Really irritated as this is the last thing I need to complete my template. +20 melee defense. I even have the 1.2 million force reflex exp to train this skill.
I did take the mission, kill my 50 and 25! unlock and Noland trained me! you dont need to talk to the cap after the kills!!!!
Stop sending them stupid tickets so the CSR maybe can help ppl whit real problems! Learn the game!!
That may have worked for you, but he won't train me. So, before you insult evreyones intelligence any further, maybe you should lay of the insults.

Look man this isn't the problem, the problem is, when you kill the last of your pirates/outlaws the mission completes but you do not get your unlock, this has nothing to do with who you talk to first, think about it genius, how would talking to the wrong guy after you already recieved an unlock remove it from you?? Simply put, people are completing the quest the right way and just not recieving an unlock.
You will have to file a csr ticket until the "Global" fix is in place. I have not made it back to Capt S yet, but received a message from Customer Service that they had unlocked me and that I would be able to train the skills. I filed night before last, the first contact from cs was early in the morning when I was offline. Received a note on ticket from CSR that they could not contact me since I was offline. Last night I left my character on all night cooling his heels in the Dath Clone center. Received another note that I was unlocked and would be able to train. This happened as well to another person on our server (early morning contacts), so I wonder if they are handling alot of these tickets during the early morning hours when there are not as many people on.
This seems to have worked for me, but as I said, I have not been able to test it out yet.

Outlaws: 300+
Pirates: 100+
No unlock - its the best phase in the game
