I have heard and read thatthe phase 2 award gives a crafting tool with 20 guaranteed critical assemblies.

I know for a fact that phase 3 willaward a crafting tool with 20 guaranteed critical experiments.

Perhaps it was unique however, the winner took both 1st place in quality AND quantity.
