i have heard that the starter quest from the old jedi count as 2 themepark badges, anyone know for sure?

This is false. I did the starter quest as well and I still ended up having to get the same badges that everyone else did.

what two badges are possible to get? i did the whole starter quest sequence so do i have them?

The ones he listed are the ones that he is referring to. The ones you get from the opening new player tutorial from Master Kreelo do not count.

I did it awhile ago, so I'm not 100% sure which ones they are, however my friend unlocked a few days ago.
He went to the Mayor of Mos Eisley and ended up doing 3 novice type trainings, marksman, scout, and entertainer, and those gave him 2 badges, his last 2. After doing those, he had the "You feel an inner glow, the force is with you" message.
I'm not entirely sure what 2 badges those are...sorry.

The novice marksman and scout quest DO count as "getting glowy" content badges, you do have to talk ot the mayor after you do them to get the badges, make sure you do this or it wont count.

i feel a surge in the force have the master proff and content and jedi POIs and everything but the themepark type thingsi only have jabba

themepark = content badges, you need 5 all together. 5 of any content badges such as any Theme parks, killing acklay or king gurks i believe, the newbie quest count too but all but scout and marksman are bugged and wont allow a badge to be recieved. These all count, you need 5 all together, refer to the stickie and append the content section to include any of these new badges.
