Thread: Combat 30:1 a killer** vent anger here, lol
Since we are throwing statistics around, here's my favorite.
If you only do Combat Prowess, and Enhanced reflexes branches, it requires 7,450,000 FS experience (6 branches + 2 novice boxes).
If you kill nothing but level 81 Dewbacks and you are level 80 you receive 5123 Weapon + 512 Combat experience per kill.
That works out to be 187.8 FS experience per kill.
So to become padawan you need to kill 39,663 Dewbacks. 
What this means to me is I will still kill the necessary animals to finish the 2.5 branches I still need to grind out. Makes no difference to me since I wasn't planning on leaving the game after I got Jedi, and I'm committed to get there.
Boo Hoo a Little more work to get Jedi. Spoilt children half of you. I bet you always got what you wanted when you wanted. A few more weeks work aint gona hurt you. Grow up and shut ya yappin. Everyone is going to have to do it so you wont miss out.

BTW I am not a Jedi and I am not a MBH. I am working my way up the FS BRanch too but I am not whining like all you. I shall whine about all you. But that gives me great joy. Am I insane? maybe. So call me what you want I don't really care but tbh its not worth spitting ya dummy over.

If you are applauding the XP nerf because you are an Old Jedi, you have no right to be heard, since the XP nerf doesn't effect you. If you are applauding it because you are a BH and wanna hunt Jedi, you're an idiot, because fewer peole out of the Village means more FULL TEMPLATED JEDI that you ain't got the gut, the brains, or the power to beat. If you are applauding it because you are not a Jedi, not a BH, and don't want to be either, why are you even here?

Well im just looking at everyone giving their 2 cents worth, so i may as well give mine
10:1 should be the ratio for combat xp, because if you do the division of normal xp to combat xp, youl get about 10...just like a thousandth or hundredth off or so.
5264 / 526 = 10.008
4708 / 470 = 10.017
4987 / 498 = 10.014
Need i continue? Just saying that this could be possibly a way for there to be an equal distribution of combat xp and normal xp as force xp.

ok let me spit some numbers down
175,000 + 250,000 + 350,000 + 450000 = 1,225,000 exp for one complete branch.
1,225,000 x 6 = 7,350,000FS exp to complete the fs grind.
7,350,000 x 30 = 220,050,000 standard exp.
Ponder that for a moment. 220 MILLION standard exp needed to reach jedi with the new 30:1 ratio.
if a person caps a profofession at 1.2 mill, say they have 2 professions and they have a cap of 300k combat xp. One long trip to the village pays about 90000 fs xp, to cap in combat and 2 professions takes about 4 hours of HARD grinding in a FULL gurk group, assuming someone played 4 hours a day 7 day a week, that's 81.6 ! Days of grinding gurk! omfg i don't have the time nor interest in killing gurk that long!,
if the old combat 3:1 were applied it would be more like, 180000 fs xp per maxed out xp trip to the village, was already an amazing 40.8 days of grinding gurk! That was already making me to decide to give up and quit swg.
now if they were to just make nades like 1/10th thecopmbatxp and put combat at 3:1 again it would get rid of naders and make getting to jed more reasonable.
it takes all day of hunting to get maxed out on combat xp and we get what a lovely 10k fs for it! it was almost worth it to hunt all day and get 100k xp for combat,
im venting some steam caus this one takes the cake for soe justmakingtheir player's mad!
lets go over this, 1st currenly the warren is broke, so you cant get fs, 2ndly phase 3 is totally broken again prolonging the path to jedi, 3rdly it takes 81 days to get the fs xp you need, 4th ly when you get jedi the frs is turned off so you cant go any further,
is soe trying to get rid of jedi, because we all can agree there are to many, but they are going the wonrg way about this!

Siskus, did anything I said apply to you? You don't have BH on your Sig, you don't have Jedi on your Sig. Why do you keep answering me when I'm no talking TO you, or ABOUT you?
And if you'd have read the Posts I made, you'd KNOW i wasn't talking to you or about you. Yet you keep answering? And you say I"M the idiot?
If you are not a Jedi, not a Bounty Hunter, but ARE fixin to be doing the grind, you have EVERY RIGHT AND OBLIGATION to state your opinion. If you fall in the category of FS, or doing the Village ( or even fixin to do the Village) then my posts were notABOUT you, or FOR you. If you disagree with me, great!! Express your opinion. I was talking to those that like to try to Nerf other peoples characters even when it won't benefit them.
