you have to be a jedi to craft it, you get the draft schematic when you get jedi

Well, how many exp points are you using? It seems you have no boxes in the technique line.
There is a very nice guide for saber crafting if you look above.

you need exp points for make better saber m8.and with great success you can craft 3 gen double blade with 300 max.just you need exp points m8.

Wondering if anyone got a chance to play around with the new Lightsaber Crafting System.. i noticed the 4th gen sabers have 3 things to experiment now, damage/speed/eff
I made a couple of sabers so far. Both 1 hand saber and 2 hand saber came up with the exact same stats (speed/dmg/forcecost/dps) when I craft them with the same resources.
What is the best base lightsaber looks like now for 4th and 3rd gens? (stats-wise without pearls/crystals)

Current Base Stats on my Lightsaber(DB,1H, 2H)with 10pts experimented on eff.
FPC : 48
Attack Speed : 3.42
Damage : 145-240
Estimate Base DPS : 75.94/sec

I only have 7 experimentation points. Each of the four sabers i made came out with identical stats and were very similar to yours.

woot my 4th gen that xferred over is max dmg 248 the rest is similar

I never got to a 4th Gen saber in my Pre-CU jedi days but when I repeced I managed to get my 4th two hand box I was working at and decided to make me a new saber. Well I noticed I could make a 4th gen and went ahead and did so and looked at the crystal bays. I thought a 4th gen saber could hold 1 color crystal and 4 pearl/crystals? the one I made could only hold a color and 3 pear/crystals. Did I do something wrong, or is this a bug, or the new way a saber is made?

Have lightsabers been made a lot weaker? i crafter a new 3rd gen lightsaber today with tech 4 and it had lower damage, higher force cost and slower speed then a 3rd gen i crafted before the CU using the same resources but i didn't have tech 4 so i had less exp points. shouldn't be like this imo.

Yes, pre-nerf sabers are far more powerful than newly created ones.
This is a "known issue" and is "being looked at". If that means they'll retro nerf old sabers or buff new sabers, no one knows.

I tried to craft a new Lightsaber today andthe experimentation phase was skipped. I was able to make and experiment on a new LS crafting tool though. I tried several times and it went right to assemble page from after adding the items to the schematic. It's been awhile since I crafted one so maybe it's me and I missed something. Anyone else have a problem? I wanted to ask before I submitted a ticket. Thanks.
