Updated as of here...
According to the devs it can only switch during server resets.
Please stop asking that question unless you have confirmed proof of it switching at another time.

Woohoo, that makes me 8/8 on the predicted servers switching today... I believe the last unreported servers are all in phase 4, but confirmation couldn't hurt. The updated list of what is still needed is on the front post, but here it is as well:

I think Bria might be switched, but there are still like 20 thugs in the village from the last wave that noone has bothered killing. Ill post here if i find out for sure.

2 days to my estimate of phase change for chil.

I hope this isn't true becuase the servers haven't been resetting.That would mean thecurrent phase 4 servers taht didn't switch with teh most resent server rest may not switch for a long time.....that can't be true.

Yup, could be a big problem, but that's what the devs have said. So either we'll get confirmation that it's incorrect or we'll have a bit of a wait for the next server reset.
