Thread: The Path to Jedi Guide to the Force Sensitive System (v2.0)
Slightest of all corrections ErasmusHurt - novice box is 50K according to the prior posts and, since there are only 4 total, you obviously don't have to get that much for each branch. Of course, overall, this is a tiny number in comparison to all of the xp needed...
In total I calculate 1.225M per branch (without novice boxes) so, depending on what you choose, a total of either 7.45M, 7.50M, or 7.55M force xp to finish this section - which is why saying 65K vs 50K is the tinest of errors :-)
Something is totally wrong here. I just got into the village for my first time yesterday. Then i talked to whip and did the Supplie Crates Quests. And i could already buy Combat Powess skill tree. What has happend?
The Guide tells that ill first have to unlock the Combat Powess branch and then in Phase 2 ill get the mission with the Suplie Crats from Whip.
Im really confused can anyone help me understand?

Sorry if this has been answered...didn't see it, but...
I noticed when I unlocked my 1st combat prowess skill thatall 4braches unlocked. As I am filling up my Force XP I noticed all the 1st level boxes are now filled. My brother asked me if we could trainin anotherbranch even though we unlocked one certain branch. I said I didn't think so and that it just fills allof the boxes because they are the same type of Force experience, kinda like the Scout'sHunting, Exploring and Survival xp...you have to choose one.He then said he had the option to train in thebranches he didn't do the missions for but he didn't train because he wasn't sure what would happen. Do you actually need to do the missions for each branch and fill them up, orcan youunlock that tree and decide which branch to fill?
All 4 branches did not unlock, but they are visible in the family of branches that belong to, in your example, Combat Prowess. You cannot train anyone else than them you have done quests for, and you can only unlock one each phase. You need to plan a little because of that, you can only train the branch you unlock, so which branches do you really want to unlock the first 6 phases? Which skills are most useful to you (or easiest to fill up)? Later on you can do all the other quests if you are a reward-digger like I am ![]()
When you go to Noldan, the Trainer, he lists many things you can train for, but he does not say th at you are eligible to train them, simply you have a future option to train them.
Go ask Paemos what you can train, he will mention only those you have unlocked. Good luck.

One quick question before i go to bed. Is it at all possible to do phase 3's melle accuracy mission solo anymore. any help would be greatly appreciated
I was not doing anything ~intentionally~ to draw out the old man... I hopped from city to city moving stuff from my Naboo house to my Tatooine house, then I flew to Bestine and rode out to the Darklighter ranch... circled it a bit, looking around, talked to the NPC near the door, there, and I was on my bike speeding away when I noticed the chat box had a line from "an old man", saying that he had been trying to contact me.
I spun my bike around as he was racing to catch me, and we had a little conversation there at the Darklighter ranch doorstep. ![]()
For the SITH, now, I ~did~ plan things... I went to Keren, then down the STEEP slope to the west-northwest... I was picking off caper spineflaps (didn't want any EXTRA red dots on the radar) when I heard the combat music... then I saw the two Sith running for me. I was -quite- pleased that they did not just spawn on TOP of me (Rifleman/Bounty Hunter here, and I likes mah range advantage thank ye). I rooted one and ran UP the hill... not sure it slowed the other one down any, but I whittled him down.
Despite prevailing wisdom (and because I forgot) I looted the first one before finishing off the secnd one (just got some credits) THEN went and found the one that I had rooted and left in the dust... whacked HIM and I got the Quest Complete pop-ups and the waypoint datapad.
I was a bit nervous when I got to the waypoint and it just vanished. Figured I would have to wait for another ambush, but then out of the blue I got a NEW waypoint, and there were three Sith at that camp, and after the third went down, I got the waypoint to the village.
Flew to Dath, and that same night completed the Phase II quest (wanted to squeeze it in before the shift to Phase III)...
So, to answer your question, the old man WILL speak to you unsolicited --- if he had not said anything, I might not have noticed him, since my radar was full of white dot-NPCs near the Darklighter Ranch, and I wasn't paying attention to any humanoids in the area, figuring they were all part of the scene. For that matter, the old man could have spawned well outside the Darklighter Ranch and raced after me... following me as I circled the ranch, checking out the place as an old man huffed and puffed behind me, trying to catch up. Then, when I stopped long enough to talk to the Darklighter Guard, the old man finally almost catches me when I speed away he calls out to me in spatial. Poor ol' guy ![]()
