Well if u read on on that tread,, you will se that csr did something he shouldnt do... it all got stopped later on.. and no one else can get it unlocked free.. those who did get it unlocked r some lucky players

It wasn't in the thread that I read...I went back and found the one you were referring to though, it had a different screenshot and it said that the CSR that did it was in the wrong and that it was illegal to do. Sorry to get anybodies hopes up, however it does go to show you that they CAN do it if they wanted to. Seems a shame that they now consider it illegal, hopefully the helpful CSR(s) that did do it didn't get into too much trouble. You would think that just the action alone would go pretty far to improve PR over thisissue, and at the same time allow them the time to fix it properly for the next time the phase comes around.

Yes they can do a manual reset on the quest to get him to give you the quest also. I had this done when bug'ed at Nym's and we seem to this time be gettting the run around. Yes I can still take another quest and unlock. But I want Melee def and so I can't unlock and another 12 weeek wait is something I will not do!

This problem was resolved for me today by CS. If your still having this problem try puting in another ticket.
