eclipse is in phase 3, sarguilio quest cant be done. bases have gone missing for all but one.

you are wrong... the base.../cry poof... in the middle of the day.

but we cannot run phase 4

but the bases are gone.

it does not change at server up.

bloodfin changed in the middle of the day.

Any speculation as to when Kauri hits phase IV? It can happen during gameplay correct? You can just be chililng out at the village and all of a sudden it shifts phases?
