ok i see alot of jedi running around healin ppl do they get this skill from
HS - Healing - Silvarra (5391, -4075)
and if so what skill will i need 2 b able to do this

You must heal 50 other players during the Sith attacks (there are raids once every 2 hours), you can only get credit for a heal once per person, and you must be grouped with them, however to get credit the player you heal has to be in combat with a Sith Outlaw/Pirate (See the CP mission this phase). I'm a combat medic andwas just doing the phase 4 healing quest.It looks like they've changed it around a little for the better. You seem to only have to getmedical xp from 50 sith now. I was in a group of 8 and ended up with 34 of my total 50, which would be about how many sith I got healing xp for I think. My doctor friend was having it work the same way for her.

I dont now whats going on but i dont getting credits for siths.. I was whith my group in village, it was only my group so noone cud outdmg us, i get medical xp, but no credits for quest.. dunno why.. its wierd... Anyone else have this problem?

i have heard there was a reward added for the phase 4 melee def quest, can anyone tell me what it was?

Phase4 crafting quest: find the gaget NPC and talk to him....
he will tell you that he can't help then he'll talk to you about a kit and the ticket droid selling downed satilites....
purchase the crafting kit for 530 credits
go back to the village and talk to the engineer again....
complete the crafting kit you were sold, if you have your inventory set up to view on the left hand side, it tells you what you need...
after kit is completed, go talk to the ticket driod and purchase a downed satillite...
pay 1100credits to the ticket driod and he will download the information into your crafted kit...
do not! talk to the driod if you don't have the kit completed, he can't download the satalite information....
click on the tracking device kit to find the planet...
goto the planet and click on the tracking device kit to find the wp...
goto downed satallite and collect your computer piece 
just completed the phase 4 crafting: repair and the connections that worked for me where:
yellow.. blue.. yellow... blue... then all the lights lite up
I received an Aurillian Sculpture section (2/4)
