They are speaking explicitly about SITH, not Jedi or Dark Jedi, and if you want to use the quote, make sure you use the whole thing, including the part that says "...no MORE...no LESS"
Yes, it would be nice if they implemented a Master/Padawan relationship in the game, but that quote doesnt somhow justify that they should, as its not talking about Jedi(since there are MORE than two Jedi in the game) All you need to justify it is that in every movie we've seen itsclear that Jedi are trained by other Jedi. If you wouldnt mind, follow the link in my sig and share your thoughts on a type of system like that...

2. I am saying it applys to them both. Just because they didnt say it with regards to the Jedi doesn't mean it can't be applied to the jedi cause it can and is. each Master is assigned 1 Padawan no more or less. so 1 n 1 = 2 Always 2 there are no more no less.
And I have already replied to THIS. I'm sorry, but your simply wrong. EVERY Jedi Knight DOES NOT take a padawan(Anakin in ep III), so this isnt a RULE that there HAS to be 2 Jedi(those two Jedi are the Master and the apprentice, according to you). The fact that a Jedi Knight is NOT required to take an apprentice means that the part of the statment "..no less.." would not apply to Jedi, as if a Jedi didnt take a padawan, there WOULD be less, as there would only be 1(the master) Please, read over that more than once if you dont see what I'm saying the first time, but the statment cannot apply to Jedi if there, in fact, CAN be less than 2.

Then again, Luke at that point is the only Jedi Master (we know of), so I guess he could just do as he pleases and the Dark side is gone....yet I thought the Dark side balanced out the Light side of the Force (yin-yang sort of co-existence). So maybe Luke actually ended up as the Dark side (ever so slightly) and Leia is the Light side to balance him out (not yet a Jedi, but Force sensitive) - so a little Dark side of the Force, and a little light from Leia's lack of training?
Then I guess Leia would be the new apprentice, and Luke the master. If Luke was her master, then he'd teach her as he was taught - in the light side of the Force. So no more Dark side?
ive read a few of the eu books, and ive seen reference to luke inadvertently playing with the dark side, didnt really know thats what he was doing i guess though. i never actually read what he did, thats just my understanding from the few books i have read.
i would think one of the emperors hands would come up and be the new master, after lots of in-fighting i would imagine, since the dark side is evil, whoever is the most cunning and evil will come out on top. dark side is supposed to be quick and easy, or 'easier, more seductive' (loose qoute) yoda says.
in eu, luke did become the new jedi master, and eventually opened a 'jedi school' on dantooine, at the old rebel base there. went out to find fs people around the galaxy, heirs of old jedi and others that had stories of amazing luck and skill, like aniken and his pilot skills.
also did teach leia a bit, but she was so busy being politician it was hard for her to study much. (she should have waited till pub 12.1, no more skill points)
he also started teaching han and leia's twins, jacen and jayna, too.
he even had a holocron from an old master, although it was destroyed by exar kun.
one of the pupils made a really sweet ls that had several focus crystals in it that made the blade different lengths. luke was agast and amazed that this pupil made a ls, even more so that it was that advanced.
exar kun was seducing him and trying to create a new sith lord and destroy luke. well, tried to get luke to turn too,but that didnt work so he took the easy prey of a student.
kun was stuck in the temple with no physical form, the old masters tried to kill kun but he 'ascended', to use a stargate term, to some other plane but luke and the other pupils tried to take him on and......
well, i wont tell in case you want to read it, its the jedi academy series by kevin j anderson.
was pretty good, but not quiet as good as the heir to empire series, in my opinion.
and of course, this is all eu, and thus not canon, but there most likely will not be any more lucas made sw flicks, and even if there are, it would probably be set shortly after rotj, or way back in the past, not the 15 years later that luke started the academy. far in the past would be my bet, not as many eu stories about the past, just references and outlines mostly, i think. im no sw guru.
so i think its a fairly safe bet that most of the things from eu after rotj can be seen as fact.
