The problem occurs when you create the user.cfg file with notepad, you end up with a file named "user.cfg.txt" and that will keep it from working. Go check the file and rename to "user.cfg" if needed. That should fix the problem.

its user.cfg i have extenions enabled and it says it a cfg

do you have two accounts? And with two accounts I mean, that you have two separate licens keys. You need that to run two game session at the same time and the same computer.

Also, you might have to kill your swg_client_setup.exe (NOT swg_client.exe, thats the game, and please check my spelling, at work and might not remember it correctly)process in task manager.

Thats the one, sometimes i cant load 2 games, but killing that process works for me.

Do you have windows XP?

If so run the first account then 'alt-tab' out and 'switch-user' and open the second on different windows user. I can do this on a 512MB pc. Its laggy but adequate for buffing and xp-gaining on an alt (such as the ID or Doc grind)

for some reason it wont let me switch users while swg is open i clikc on the user name and it blinks and sends me back to the user select screen.

ALSO how do u put files frm 1 user to another

I have never had to switch users in XP I just alt tab out of my first game get back to the desktop then start up SWG again... as long as I am not in cnet with either char works fine.

That's how I do it also. Works fine for me.

hmm i wonder y mine wont work..

My launch pad loads.. goes to the end with green bars but no launch pad opens :-/
