After you see the old man, the Sith's will come shortly thereafter. They are EASY to kill. I'm a Novice Rifleman and my spraystick knocked them off at range before they reached me. Buff not needed if your even marginally skilled at combat.
I thinking he misunderstood the question.
ya man, he's talking about completing the 6 full trees and waiting for the oldman to give him the waypoint to kill melichae.
