last phase 4 this happened to me. I sent in a CSR ticket 3 days later they unlocked the tree for you. Don't worry no need to get upset they will fix it ive already been though it

I can't wait till reset tommorrow i need the melee defence tree and on to the exit quest

Two years in the making im FINALLY DONE!!!

Unless that one borked too.

Good advice. I sent in a ticket describing the bug. They unlocked me 2 days later with no problem.

I reported the problem as a bug, using the bug report that's built in the game. Hopefully, they solve the problem and save others from the frustration.

I dont' know. Fly casual.

No, it can also strike at melee defense quest participants. The ommonality of course is that Captain Sarguillo is the quest giver for both the ranged speed and melee defense quests.

The thing is, it's not a general bug. Another member of my group unlocked melee defense last night with no problem.

I saw system messages informing me that I had completed the pirate part of the mission, and the outlaw part of the mission. My quest journal confirms that this FS quest is completed. Sarguillo thanks me and sends me on my way. Paemos DOES NOT show the branch open for training, though, and Noldan can't train me in a line that is not unlocked.

Four tickets submitted since last night, finally got a CSR to respond to the fourth, but no joy. I KNOW FOR A FACT that there is a workaround for this. Getting someone in authorityto give a womp rat's ass seems to be the issue. The CSR I talked to was sympathetic but could do nothing but said he'd escalate it to his supervisor and to the developers.

I await action.

I had the same problem last Phase 4, I sent a ticket in and 2 days later a CSR had unlocked it for me and said to go on my merry way, so that's what I did

EDIT: Oh and this time I did the melee defense part, and it works fine.

I had the same thing happen to me but for melee defense and range speed. The CSRs have been giving me the same copy/paste for months now and dont intend to fix it. So.....I had to do the senses quest and regrind everything.

hang in there vodka send a csr ticket and check everyday if u can get the quest,if they fix it they might not tell u.

Now i have send ticket since we start on Phase 4.. so i like 30-50 ticket, and i still cant get it..
