When you start learning jedi skills do you have to drop any of your skills? Do you gain levels for learning jedi skill? I just wondering because i planning to master two elite professions if i don't gain levels or have to drop skills.

Yes, you do. The Jedi trees (as well as the Force Sensitive trees) all consume the same pool of 250 skill points that your conventional skills use. It's not like the piloting skills or (now) the Politician profession. You have to choose your path: whether to be a Jedi or a conventional toon.

Do you have to keep your FS branches when you move on to Jedi. That is, for example, I decide to go m.def/m.ls/heal4004 - do I need to keep the remanding 24 skill pts in the FS branches or can they be dropped and moved over to other Jedi skills (like dropping FS skills to add 2000 in Enhance with 2 skill pts left over)?
