u can't go wrong on buying the tier 4 self stimpacks that heal u for 1200dmg, and the food so u can apply em every 30 seconds...

its extremely easy if you pet pull. to make sure they don't kill the pet and run, stand about 100 meters away from the camp and equip a rifel so that when they are 64 meters away (almost close enough to kill your pet) you can fire on them and take the agro. then switch to your melee weapon, run up to the one you pulled, and kill him. rinse and repeat.
