can you try this over and over till you pass it or if you die are you screwed?

You may retry the quest as many times as you like, however you must completely start over on failure.

The droid / creature tactic still works. I've tested this fact with a low-level womp-rat and destroyed two or three turrets side by side and the rat didn't have a scratch. Granted it took about 5 minutes for the rat to do its job but it worked.

Note: You do not have to tell the captain what part you are to play in the mission. I never selected either job, I ended the conversation at that point, and me and my partner both got the quest completed (he took down the shields, I escorted the commander).

Do you both of you have to have to get the new base to make quest? or is it enough only 1 of you, gets a disc with a base, then the one who have the remote, power down the shields and the otherone who is doing the quest also escorts the commander?

and which oneof you needs to kill the siths? both or just the one who powered down the sheild?

Lots of questions there

The fact is, the more people are in the quest group, the more Sith will spawn. So if only two people are in the group with the quest, only two groups of 5 Sith each will spawn. You can bring 100 of people there and group them in a second group. As long as the quest group are max. 2 people there only will be 10 sith.

so keep the quest group max at two and everything is fine. Thats why many people can do it solo (with an uber armor, uber buff and uber patience).

I don't think that is correct. Either way, you don't need to deal with more than 1 sith at a time anyways.. so the point is moot.

I have to say that this was the FS quest I enjoyed the most.

While the others generally involve running in and more or less beating everything until it lies still, this one actually required planning, a strategy and help from friends. This is good content, and it is the kind of thing we have been screaming for since launch. I would like to see more of this in the future.

Oh, and I got my robe today btw. Thanks to all here in the FS forum that have helped me along.

If you meant my posting.. well it is correct. We tried that out. First time we were a group of 6 people. Not two groups but all in the same as the questers were. There were Sith all over the place. Not only 10 but 30. I didn't count them actually, had no time for that. But there were surely around 30 Sith. When I tried it the second time with two groups, the Sith spawned only in two groups of 5 Sith each.

Personally, I liked this quest. Yes it was hard, but honestly, I think the quests should be. Driving around for a few hours does not seem very challenging.

Well said. This is probably thesecond mission in the game I have actually looked forward to getting to. The first being the vette when I mastered pilot. I hope there are more jedi missions which sound as much a test as this one.
