I personally miss the RPG part of MMORPG. Perhaps ifrole playingwas enhanced and encouagedthen the problem that you mention would be solved as well.

ya to me it's the other way around, too much MM and too little rpg.

The RP would be nice and all the devs have to do is add some more content,not a hard thing to do.
But as far as MM goes,I pay 15 bucks a month to do the majority of stuff by myself,not count on someone else to help or do it for me.
Some multi player stuff is fine,but it shouldn't be a huge part of the game.

My advice is not to do jedi. and just make a good template of normal professions and PvP...Sony made this game as an "experiment" and perhaps MMORPG was the only catagory they could put this game into. Their goal was to making starwars as real as possible.

No offense but MM means Mass Multi which means more then one person with a lot of people online. It has nothing to do with Groups. If it was it would be MMGPORPG for MMG as mass multi group play online rpg. Just because it is mass multi doesn't mean you have to group or geared to that. It is just for a bunch of people to be able to be on the same game at the same time.
I totally agree with your post but the title has no part in the thread. If 2 people were the only ones on SWG then yes hehehe.

I am "grinding" my Jedi now and i am so lonely.........
Well not yet anyways, still have to fill my fourth box but once that happens goodbye to civilization.

Maybe after the Combat Balance coming Real Soon Now(tm). We do need to keep this complaint going though.
BTW this is item number 4 in the Jedi Correspondant's Top Five Jedi Issues since October 2004.

No one knows. Beta hasn't even started yet. Could take 1 month, 2 months, this summer. Honestly i rather have then do it right and take the time needed and not rush it because people want it now. If it takes 5 more months then so be it. This revamp has to be done right and not rushed just to get the product out.

This whole game has become just grinding. The only interaction that I get to see now is finding a doc to buff saying thank you. No interaction in getting mind buff except to say invite please. Spam looking for solo group and saying thank you. Thats about my day in SWG. Wow what fun this addict is having. I know dont even say it you chose to do that well no actually I dont. If I want to play a Jedi online in a game with the player potential this game brings I really dont have a choice. Also you are speaking to a person who has been dreaming of being a Jedi since 1977 when my dad first took me to what is now episode IV but to me will always be know as STAR WARS.
